Additional Year 1 Grants Coming Soon

GREAT Health’s Year 1 plan includes four application phases. Phase 1 and Phase 2 funding application periods have closed. Phase 3’s application period runs May 15 to June 15, 2026. These phases were available to entities named in DCH’s GREAT Health application and recipients will be announced soon. Phase 4’s competitive application process is expected to open on June 15, 2026.
